Account Manager - Mining Coal East
What's the role?
We’re looking for an Account Manager from all different backgrounds to join our sales team in the MIDDELBURG, ERMELO / South Africa with focused experience and knowledge in the construction and mining industry.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.
Scope: Anchor job in Account Manager structure.

What you need is:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
- Experience in the Mining or Construction industry (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent English Skills (Written and Spoken)
- Excellent Afrikaans Skills (Written and Spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment, courage and competitive drive
- A willingness to learn and challenge yourself
- Strong technical skills
- Valid driver’s license
- High level of motivation, very strong customer focus and a continuous improvement mentality required
- Business acumen and excellent knowledge of the job market and network across the sector
