Hilti Store Representative - East London
What's the role?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirited individual to join our Hilti Store East London team in the position of Hilti Store Representative. But this is no ordinary customer service role, as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture.

What does the role involve?
The role is responsible to operate the Hilti Store within established procedures and driving retail excellence as to maximise the sales opportunities within the framework of sound administration and stock control; whilst working in conjunction with the Sales force, Workshops, Customer- and Credit Services in order to provide our customers with a service of excellence,
Generating sales in Hilti Centre and proactively increasing customer traffic in Hilti Centre
Ability to use selling skills to up-sell and cross-sell to our Customers, based on application
Provide product and application advice; ensuring stock planning is correct and accurate
Creation, maintenance and deletion of contact persons
Creation of First-Time-Customers and ensure conversion to Sold-to customers
Creation and maintenance of prospects
High level of Data Quality maintained at all times
First assessment of repairs, using diagnostic tool in Hilti Centre
Promote trade-in at time of repair request, avoid detailed estimates through selling HLS
Arrange pick-up of repair tools
Customer Care Handling and Returns:
Complaint recording as received from Customers with full responsibility, solution finding and feedback to customer
First Contact Solution: log and solve all complaints immediately within empowerment
Arrange for pick-up service for returns
Execution and coordination of all processes; eg. order entry, incoming goods, acceptance of repairs, inventory, backorder handling and cash management
Provide information on services (fleet, deliveries, prices, stock availability, other sales channels)
Developing existing as well as establishing new customer relationships by proactive phone calls
Competent and customer orientated product presentation as well as implementation of marketing

What you need is:
- Post Matric qualification an added advantage
- Sales experience (in-store)
- SAP, MS Office and Internet proficiency
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Sales orientated
